Marcie Williams joined The Bainbridge Companies as Chief Strategy Officer at the beginning of 2025. In this role, she oversees the firm’s operations, brand, culture and growth.

Furthermore, through close collaboration with Bainbridge’s Capital Markets and Asset Management team, Williams assisted with Bainbridge Multifamily Acquisition Fund I GP, LLC’s first acquisition and is currently moving forward on a second one.  

Williams is a presenter at major multifamily industry and real estate conferences and appears on industry leader-hosted podcasts.

In her previous role as founder and CEO of RKW Residential, Williams managed a portfolio of over 35,000 apartments across the Southeastern U.S.

She was a founding member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s Education Foundation and serves on the organization’s Education Advisory Council. Williams also serves on UNC-Charlotte’s Childress Klein Center for Real Estate Advisory Board, where she mentors students. In the community, Williams has served on the Board of Directors of Temple Israel and the Charlotte Jewish Preschool.

She has been honored throughout her career by the Charlotte Business Journal (Most Admired CEO and Woman in Business Award) and GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum (Woman of Influence and Multifamily Influencer). Williams has been inducted into the GCAA’s and Apartment Association of North Carolina’s  (AANC) halls of fame.
