Amy Johnson is the CEO and founding partner of Strata Project Management Group. Her duties include project launches, vendor selection, construction oversight, relocation management and post-occupancy support.

Johnson has expanded the company’s top line by 25% year-over-year. She also grew the team, doubled the firm’s client base and increased the project pipeline by nearly 10%.

She and her team are spearheading a 15-acre project in North Charlotte and are leading a multi-state rollout for a Charlotte-based pet services start-up.

Johnson is an Ascend Nonprofit Solutions’ board member and executive committee member, and currently co-chairs its Real Estate Committee.

She served on CREW Charlotte’s Community Outreach Committee. Johnson also supports Roof Above, The Relatives, Anne Springs Close Greenway, Dress for Success, Care Ring, and She Built This City. Johnson positions Strata as a resource for non-profit organizations navigating challenging construction projects.

Committed to supporting women in construction, Johnson won the Career Mastered Leadership in Action Award and has been selected as one of the Most Admired CEOs by the Charlotte Business Journal.
