Kathleen Bonesz brings nearly two decades of real estate development expertise to her role as Senior Vice President of Speculative Industrial Development at Ryan Companies, a new position created by the firm to focus and centralize its work in the sector. She joined Ryan Companies in 2024. Based in Atlanta, Bonesz leads the expansion of the company’s industrial platform across the Southeast region.

She is in the process of executing a 44-acre deal in Tampa, FL, which will support a 570,000-square-foot development.

Bonesz is an active member of Ryan’s 90-day Spec Industrial Sprint Committee, where she is helping to create a comprehensive memo and set of guidelines for the executive team.

She previously held leadership roles at Brookfield and Logistics Property Company. While with LPC, her 195-acre Frederickson ONE project received the NAIOP Washington State award for Industrial Speculative Development of the Year.

In the community, Bonesz actively supports Kids In Distress, Inc., based in South Florida, by providing holiday care packages for children and families, as well as other necessities, such as back-to-school supplies. She is an active member of NAIOP Georgia and ULI Atlanta.
