As Director of Affordable Acquisitions & Development, Ashley Stockton-Massie leads The Clear Blue Company’s affordable housing platform by overseeing every stage of the process, from acquisition and origination through development, rehabilitation and resident move-ins.
Her leadership helped grow the company’s portfolio to more than $1 billion in assets under management spanning 6,400 units across the Southeast. Stockton-Massie also helped roll out the firm’s Resident-First model, providing residents with access to financial tools, supportive resources and opportunities for deeper engagement.
One notable highlight was the construction of the Northview Housing Development in North Nashville, a 266,000-square-foot, 254-unit community for active seniors earning between 40% and 80% of the Area Median Income.
She is active in professional area organizations, including the Tennessee Women’s Affordable Housing Network (where she serves as vice president of communications), Nashville’s ULI chapter, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), and the Tennessee Developers Council.
GlobeSt honored Stockton-Massie as a Woman of Influence, while the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credit featured her as a Rising Star.
