Launched and manages Charleston's Women in Commercial Real Estate chapter

Erika Maston serves as a Managing Director for Berkadia’s Charleston, SC-based multifamily team. During her 20 years of involvement in commercial real estate, she has been involved with transactions totaling over $5 billion. Before joining Berkadia in 2024, Maston held leadership positions with JLL and CBRE, with a geographic focus on the Southeast (South Carolina and coastal Georgia).

Maston launched and currently organizes the local Women in Commercial Real Estate club in Charleston. She is a member of CREW Charlotte, NMHC and ULI. In the community, Maston serves as the board chair for Family Promise of the Coastal Empire, supports Operation Home, and has organized company workdays to build handicap ramps. Her efforts in real estate sales have earned her multiple CoStar Impact Awards.
