Colliers’ Senior Vice Presidents Travis Hicks and Chase Clancy executed 32 leases totaling over 2 million square feet in 2024.

Notable deals included negotiating a 420,500-square-foot lease for tenant Findlay Machine & Tool at Gateway 35 Buildings 2 and 3 (Georgetown, TX). The duo also represented ProLift Rigging & Crating in leasing 229,312 square feet at Whisper Logistics 35 (San Marcos, TX). Other transactions included the successful lease of the 218,400-square-foot Mustang Ridge Building 1 (near Austin) to Xinquan and representing the landlord of GTX Building 1 (Georgetown) in an expansion lease for tenant U.S. Farathane.
