The Berkadia Houston Investment Sales specializes in selling all classes of apartments, including institutional Class A multifamily assets. In 2024, the team closed 21 transactions totaling $744.9 million.

The team members completed several significant sales, notably the 288-unit Villas at River Oaks, one of the few garden-style communities remaining in Houston’s urban core. The team’s efforts yielded 300 CAs, 42 tours, and 24 offers within a compressed three-week marketing period.
