A 20+ year commercial real estate veteran and multifamily investment sales specialist, Patton K. Jones, Vice Chairman and co-founder of Newmark’s Central Texas office, leads the Austin and San Antonio conventional multifamily capital markets team. Under Jones’ leadership, the collective business lines (multifamily, land, equity and debt) produce roughly $2 billion in sales annually.

In 2024, notable deals included the sales of the 260-unit August Flats (San Antonio), the 330-unit Sterling at Oak Hills (San Antonio), the 126-unit Brisa Townhomes (Bee Cave, TX), the 308-unit Arya Grove (Universal City, TX)) and the 104-unit Thornton Flats (Austin).
