Philip Levy, executive managing director at Marcus & Millichap and leader of the Levy Retail Group, specializes in multi-tenant retail property sales. Since joining the firm, Levy has closed more than 1,000 transactions valued at more than $4 billion.
In 2024, he executed 66 transactions, surpassing $353 million in total volume. Notably, he led the sale of San Antonio Crossing, a 145,819-square-foot community retail center in northwestern San Antonio, Texas. Levy also handled the sale of the 49,644-square-foot Victory Shops at South Cooper (Arlington, TX).
