The IPA Texas team specializes in multifamily investment sales across primary and secondary markets throughout Texas. In 2024, the team closed 44 transactions, totaling 11,210 units, at a sales volume topping $2.1 billion.

Notable sales included Alto Highland Park (Highland Park, TX), a 112-unit, generational apartment asset, the 324-unit Marlowe Grapevine (Grapevine, TX) and the 324-unit District in Little Elm (Little Elm, TX), which also features 19 townhomes and 11,272 square feet of retail space.
