Notable deals included the $4-milllion sale of 13750 FM 529 Road

Mike Spears and Mason Alsbrooks, both SIORs and CCIMs, form a dynamic and highly successful team in Houston’s commercial real estate market.  In 2024, the team closed 139 transactions totaling $266.3 million in sales volume.

Their most notable Houston deals included the sale of a large industrial property at 13750 FM 529 Road for $4.25 million, the $3.92-million sale of 11050 West Little York Road and the $5.5-million sale of 16600 Park Row Drive. Spears and Alsbrooks also secured an office lease for Higginbotham Insurance Agency, valued at $27.17 million.
