Newmark’s Texas Office Capital Markets Team, led by Vice Chairmen Chris Murphy, Gary Carr and Robert Hill, handled 18 transactions totaling $744 million in 2024.
Notable transactions included the 807,354-square-foot Lakeside Campus sale. The recently renovated Class A building is in Richardson, TX, and the transaction was the largest office sale in Texas during 2024.
Other transactions included sales of the 427,799-square-foot, three-building Preston Commons (Dallas) and the sale of International Business Park 8, 9 and 10, a 304,099-square-foot office campus strategically located along the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, TX.
