Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Matthew Schendle leads the firm’s office agency leasing business in Dallas-Fort Worth. He has been a fixture in the region’s commercial real estate and business community for more than 25 years.

In 2024, he closed 42 transactions totaling 559,271 square feet.

In a year when new (Dallas) Uptown developments attracted headlines, Schendle and his team put together some of the largest deals in vintage office and mixed-use enclaves that underwent redevelopment to meet tenants’ requirements for a modern workplace and an abundance of high-end amenities.
