Colliers’ Capital Markets team of Steve Disse, Jeff Devine and Tyler Ziebel once again navigated a challenging year in the industrial capital markets to close several sales in the Midwest and Chicago MSA in 2024. The team transacted 12 deals totaling $426.4 million.
One transaction involved selling a five-building, 725,917-square-foot portfolio on behalf of CBRE Investment Management. The portfolio sale to different buyers represented one of the largest multi-building industrial trades in the Chicago market.
