Jason Wurtz with NAI Hiffman in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, specializes in leasing distressed assets. In 2024, he closed 58 deals totaling 873,942 square feet.
A notable highlight was the repositioning of Cumberland Center, a distressed office property less than a mile east of O’Hare International Airport. Through Wurtz’s efforts, the building grew from 35% to 60% occupancy, including leases for 14,000 square feet and 29,600 square feet.
