Additionally, as the firm’s top healthcare Advisory & Transaction team, they completed more than 300 transactions nationally, totaling over 3.6 million square feet in 2024.
Notable leases included Honeywell’s 105,000-square-foot deal, the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute’s 77,000-square-foot transaction and Invesco’s 69,000-square-foot transaction.
