Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis-St. Paul Industrial Team consists of Brent Masica, Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer, Kris Smeltzer, Hudson Brothen, Jake Kelly and Danny McNamara. In addition to leasing more than 4 million square feet of industrial space in 2024, Cushman & Wakefield’s Twin Cities industrial team also transacted more than 1.3 million square feet of investment sales in the region.
Notable transactions included representing Circle K in its 266,000-square-foot lease in Otsego, MN. The team also represented States Manufacturing in its 500,000-square-foot lease at The Cubes at French Lake in Dayton, MN. This deal represented the largest 2024 industrial transaction in Minnesota and the largest deal for a spec building in the state.
