Jeffrey Janda, SIOR, is principal and a founding member of Lee & Associates of Illinois (L&A). In 2024, Janda was named Lee & Associates of Illinois’ top producer. In 2024, he executed 43 total lease and sales transactions totaling 4.4 million square feet at a dollar price of $95.7 million.
Janda and L&A’s Jeff Galante helped sell the 101,577-square-foot 701 Rohlwing Road in Itasca, IL. This deal represented the largest user sale in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket.
Janda and Galante also completed the $78-million sale of 501 Internationale Parkway, an 850,000-square-foot property in Minooka, IL.
