The Newmark Chicago Multifamily Sales team comprises Susan Lawson, Liz Gagliardi and Chuck Johanns.

Throughout a challenging election year that included multiple swings in borrowing costs and capitalization rate expectations, the Newmark Chicago Multifamily Investment Sales Team delivered consistently strong results for their clients.  The team secured a (first place) 30% market share by expanding bidder pools through relentless marketing efforts that yielded multiple new-to-market buyers for suburban and downtown assets. 

The team closed nine transactions totaling $759.35 million in sales volume. Part of that involved brokering the largest downtown deal of the year and two of the three largest suburban sales.
