Alex Cantu, Colliers Vice Chair, Capital Markets, serves as Lead of the Indianapolis Team within Colliers’ larger Midwest Capital Markets Team.
In 2024, he closed 26 transactions with a sales volume of $539.6 million. Notable deals included the sale of the one-million-square-foot I-64 Commerce Center in Shelbyville, KY, to W. P. Carey Inc. Fully leased to Canadian Solar, the facility supports the company’s $800-million manufacturing expansion in nearby Jeffersonville, IN.
Cantu also oversaw leasing the 1.2-million-square-foot Rickenbacker Exchange Building 2 in Columbus, OH, to Hanesbrand Inc.
These are some of the reasons we selected Colliers’ Alex Cantu as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest Top Broker Award winners for 2025. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
