During his Marcus & Millichap career, he has completed over $4 billion in investment transactions.
During 2024, Leeson and his team closed 63 transactions totaling $310 million. One notable transaction involved the Chateau de Ville, a 254-unit community, and Le Chateau, a 76-unit community, both situated just northwest of Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. The sale was contingent on the successful assumption of an existing loan, with 3.07% fixed interest financing and the term running through 2031.
