In 2024, he closed 70 deals totaling 2.5 million square feet at a volume of $190.3 million. Significant transactions included the $45-million sale of a 130,055-square-foot building in Carson, CA. He also handled multiple industrial property sales across the Central, East, Mid-Counties and South Bay markets.
