Matthew Heyn is a Vice Chair at Colliers, based in the Greater Los Angeles region. He leads the Integrated Advisory Services Team, a group of industry-leading professionals with many specialties.
In 2024, Heyn and his team completed 198 deals totaling 3.9 million square feet. One noteworthy deal involved a 120,000 SF lease renewal (65,000 SF) and expansion (60,000 SF) at Westlake Park Place, located at 3075 Townsgate Rd, Westlake Village, CA.
Hey also brokered a renegotiation and downsizing deal for DLA Piper on a 55,000-square-foot space at 2000 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, CA.
The team was awarded leasing assignments for the 1.1-million-square-foot Aion Center, the 970,000-square-foot EY Plaza and the 30,000-square-foot Culver Connect.
