Terrison Quinn leads the Southern California Region for SRS. He focuses on owner services throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Quinn has completed $1.5 billion in lease consideration; in 2024, he closed 79 deals totaling 347,845 square feet. Notable deals included 43,000 square feet (Mor Furniture) and 28,000 square feet (PetSmart) within the Brea Union Plaza.

Quinn currently leases over 100 properties, including new shopping developments, regional centers, neighborhood centers and freestanding buildings and pads.
