The CBRE Southern California Institutional Multifamily sales team comprises Rachel Parsons, Derrek Ostrzyzek, Mike Murphy, Chris Tresp and Kenji Thomas.  In 2024, the group closed on eight properties at a total deal volume exceeding $689.5 million.

Notable transactions include the sale of the 221-unit Silva (Los Angeles) for $499,000 per unit.  The team also sold the 100-unit AVA Balboa Park (San Diego) at a 4.0% in-place cap rate (at a time when the 10-year Treasury hovered around 3.9%).
