As the Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets for Newmark, Kevin Shannon, with Adam Spies, Doug Harmon and Rob Griffin, leads a team of 31 professionals focused on arranging capital markets transactions on behalf of domestic and offshore investors, primarily in the Western United States. Shannon has been involved in over $80 billion in capital markets transactions since 2010 and has extensive experience in both fee simple and structured transactions in the office, industrial, life science, multifamily, land, and retail sectors.
In 2024, Shannon and his team completed $2.6 billion in deals across 73 transactions. Notable sales included the 225,773-square-foot Arboretum Gateway (Santa Monica, CA), the 427,000-square-foot East 15 Commerce Center (Pleasant Grove, UT), the 674,731-square-foot 445 South Figueroa (Los Angeles), the 167,767-square-foot Grand + Nash (El Segundo, CA) and the 1.1-million-square-foot Aon Center (Los Angeles).
