The McMillan Team has established itself as one of Southern California’s most active industrial teams. In 2024, the team finished #1 for Newmark as the top-producing industrial team in the Western U.S. and finished #4 nationally. John McMillan finished as the #1 industrial broker in the Western U.S. in 2024 and #2 nationally.

The team closed on sales and leases totaling 6.6 million square feet at a total sales volume of $585.6 million.
