Danny Reaume and Rustin Mork, Senior Managing Directors at JLL, lead one of the top industrial teams in Los Angeles. The team consistently leads the San Gabriel Valley / City of Industry submarket and numerous other large transactions across Southern California.
In 2024, the team closed 32 deals totaling 4 million square feet. Notable transactions included a 700,000-square-foot logistics campus on behalf of a national REIT, over ten leases ranging from approximately 100,000 to 400,000 square feet on behalf of both tenants and landlords, and more than $100 million of owner-user sales, representing both sellers and buyers.
