In his current position, he has helped improve business and earning potential for agents

Tim Stephenson is the regional manager for Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia and King of Prussia offices. As one of the company’s youngest regional managers, he leads office performance, recruiting and onboarding new agents, and creates a high-performance culture focused on accountability and professionalism.

Stephenson began his career as a multifamily investment sales agent in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office, where he completed more than 70 transactions totaling $250 million in sales volume. In 2023, he moved into a leadership role in the D.C. area before being promoted to his current position. In his first year as regional manager, 55% of agents had the best year in their business, and 86% earned more than the previous year.

Stephenson is on Marcus & Millichap’s Development and Training Advisory Board, where he helps modernize the national agent training platform by revamping the curriculum, improving agent engagement and helping reduce early-career turnover.

He is a member of the Drexel University real estate advisory board, where he helps expand the university’s real estate offerings through new coursework and interdisciplinary programs. Additionally, Stephenson volunteers with Project Destined.

These are just a few reasons we chose Tim Stephenson as one of Connect CRE’s Washington D.C. & Mid-Atlantic 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
