As an associate with Friedlander Misler, Li Ann Butterfield’s practice focuses on representing lenders in drafting and modifying loans for various property types, including multifamily dwellings, storage units and commercial retail buildings. She also provides guidance on commercial lease agreements.

In 2024, Butterfield assisted with two sales involving 39 rental properties in Colorado, 25 in one transaction and 14 in another. She also recently supported the $1.6-million sale of an office building and the closing of two significant loan modifications valued at $15 million and $7.2 million.

A member of CREW DC, Butterfield uses her platform to empower others through mentorship, advocacy, or simply being a visible example of what is possible.
