Alston Offutt serves as a director in the Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. She specializes in representing occupier clients in local and national lease transactions.

Offutt is involved with Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network and serves on the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group Accelerator Committee. She has been the Networking Co-Chair and as a Board member for the UVA Club of Washington, DC and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC.

In 2024, Offutt was honored by the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC, as one of the Top 5 Leasing Agents 35 Years or Younger.
