With the team, assisted the Council for Professional Recognition in the sale of its headquarters

Danielle Ferrari is a tenant representation broker at Savills. She works with commercial tenants by analyzing their operational needs, budget constraints, and growth plans to secure optimal office space.

Notable highlights include working with her partner to represent Locust Street Group in its Washington, DC, headquarters location. She was also part of the team that worked with the Council for Professional Recognition to sell its existing headquarters and secure new office space for relocation.

Ferrari was selected for the inaugural class of the competitive Savills Junior Broker Development Program and received an award from the Toastmasters District 56. She is involved with Savills’ Women’s Initiative Network and the Young Savills Network.

Ferrari participates in the Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games, which raises funds for type 1 diabetes research, works with the Blackwood Department of Real Estate’s Industry Advisory Board at Virginia Tech, her alma mater, and volunteers with the Washington, DC division of the Streetwise Partners Mentorship Program.

She is a member of CREW DC and the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA).

These are just a few reasons we chose Danielle Ferrari as one of Connect CRE’s Washington D.C. & Mid-Atlantic 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
