Secured IPA Capital Markets’ largest transaction in 2024

Max Hulsh is a senior director with Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. He helps oversee originations and executions out of IPA’s Capital Markets’ Manhattan office, structuring complex capital stacks and working with clients from pitch to closing.

Hulsh’s recent originations include a $150-million condo inventory loan, a $180-million office-to-residential conversion loan, and a $205-million ground-up condo construction loan. In 2024, Hulsh also secured IPA Capital Markets’ largest transaction.

He previously worked at Ladder Capital and was a founding team member of LEV’s capital markets division.

Hulsh brings a tireless work ethic rooted in discipline and focus—he was a competitive boxer for over 15 years and channels that same intensity and resilience into his professional career.
