Hayley Vaughn
With her team, launched three major techology tools within the past year
Led the effort to develop and release the industry’s first generative AI tool
As a product leader at Northspyre, Hayley Vaughn creates data-driven solutions to help real estate developers make smarter decisions. Vaughn has been involved with products including Enterprise Edition, Portfolio Analytics Plus, and others slated for release later in 2025.
Vaughn and her team launched three groundbreaking tools within the past year: Complex Capital Management and Portfolio Analytics Plus, and the industry’s first generative AI tool designed for real estate developers. The generative AI feature helps developers identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid scope gaps early in the bidding process, ultimately reducing risk and improving project outcomes.
In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Vaughn actively mentors junior team members, providing regular guidance and support and helping them set career development goals. She is a certified yoga teacher, earning her RYT-200 credentials from Yoga Alliance.
