Connor Childs
Develops and implements cybersecurity controls to protect Hiffman’s digital infrastructure
Directs company-wide training programs, and educates employees about AI
As a key leader of NAI Hiffman’s information technology team, Connor Childs develops and implements comprehensive cybersecurity policies and controls that safeguard the organization’s digital infrastructure.
He collaborates closely with the firm’s internal Technology Committee and the Risk & Governance Committee to ensure that every technology initiative aligns with business objectives while minimizing risk. Childs also directs company-wide training programs and is driving the company’s education and adoption of artificial intelligence.
Beyond his daily responsibilities, Childs leads cybersecurity efforts for the Risk and Governance Committee and helps shape innovation through the Technology Committee.
In the community, he has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Feed My Starving Children and participated in company-led charitable initiatives.
Childs received Hiffman’s internal Trusted Award.
