Managed closings totaling over $325 million on the operations side

Led the operations side of obtaining a $90 million-loan for a rehab hospital

As a key member of Anchor Health Properties’ development team, Ana Lord is responsible for the smooth operation of development activities from project awards through opening. She implements and manages processes, focusing on budgets, schedules and risk mitigation.

During her tenure on the Anchor Health Properties’ development team, Lord effectively led and managed the operations side of closings totaling over $325 million. One notable deal involved leading the operations side of closing for the firm’s largest construction loan, a $90-million Inpatient Rehab Hospital in South Florida in 2024. Also in 2024, Lord successfully led the implementation of a new project management software across the company’s development platform.

Beyond her duties, Lord hosts Meet & Greets for the Company All Hands calls, where she interviews a different employee each week to enhance employee connections. She is also a bridge between the accounting and development platforms.

Her community activities include participation in the HeyDay adult volleyball league and coaching girls’ middle school and club volleyball teams.

These are just a few reasons we chose Ana Lord as one of Connect CRE’s National 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
