Helped grow the NAIOP NYC chapter’s membership by 20%

Hailey Rice serves as the development manager at Arrowrock Investments. She leads the development team in establishing and refining internal processes and is a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through complex development projects.

Rice has led internal initiatives to boost Arrowrock’s operational consistency, including creating templated tools and implementing documentation of the company’s stage-gated development process.

Rice is an Executive Board Member and Chair of the Membership Committee of NAIOP NYC, and helped grow the organization’s member base by 20% over the past year through targeted outreach efforts, while also reducing attrition.

She is passionate about supporting emerging professionals by facilitating mentorship opportunities.
