As Transwestern’s Vice President, Receivership Asset Services, Carolyn Brennan plays a pivotal role on Transwestern’s National Receivership team. In 2024, she helped manage 32 assignments totaling 3.5 million square feet and generating $2.3 million in revenue. She also spearheaded national initiatives to standardize operations and enhance reporting, enabling Transwestern to deliver consistent, best-in-class service across diverse markets and asset types.     

With Bonnie Boden, Brennan co-created and leads training sessions to educate property teams on receivership management nuances. She also supports cross-market collaboration and operational alignment nationally.

Brennan has led Transwestern’s Make-A-Wish and Belonging initiatives, led the Chicago chapter of Transwestern Young Professionals, and developed a charitable partnership guide to streamline community involvement across property teams. She also serves on Transwestern’s Youth Outreach and Volunteer committees.

A member of BOMA Chicago’s Emerging Leaders Board, Brennan is involved with additional community endeavors like the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.
