Honored with the company’s Emerging Broker of the Year Award

Dean Dahlsten’s responsibilities as a Cushman & Wakefield Director include business development, real estate execution, and strategy for national Fortune 1000 companies.

He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, where he soon landed the accounts of two Fortune 1000 corporate end users and others. Dahlsten built relationships and connections from scratch and created a tremendous book of business in only a few years. He is involved with Cushman & Wakefield’s Weekly Wildcatters, a young broker program.

In the community, Dahlsten is a member of Eastside Community Church, a small group leader with Watermark Community Church, a member of the Dallas Baptist University Alumni Association and a young executive board member of Dallas Prayer Breakfast.

Cushman & Wakefield honored Dahlsten with its Emerging Broker of the Year Award.
