Has completed 3 million square feet of deals in his Savills tenure
One highlight involved securing three training centers totaling 150,000 square feet
As Corporate Managing Director based in the Savills Tampa office, Tyler Cameron works with the Co-Head of the Florida Region and Vice Chairman, Mike Griffin, expanding the firm’s tenant representation capabilities in Florida and nationally. He focuses on areas including law, finance, staffing, consulting, accounting, insurance, tech, engineering, life sciences, call-center, defense, non-profits and distribution/manufacturing.
Since joining Savills, Cameron has completed over 3 million square feet of office and industrial deals across more than 15 states. Notable deals include representing a national accounting firm in securing three training centers totaling 150,000 square feet.
Cameron is known as the cold-calling expert, which makes him an internal resource, especially among those starting out. He also meets with and mentors students from the University of Florida, his alma mater.
