Daniel Gonzalez is Matthews Real Estate Investment Services’ Vice President & Associate Director. His responsibilities include marketing single and multi-tenant retail buildings for private clients, developers, institutional owners, and large family offices.

In just five years in the industry, Gonzalez has closed 120 transactions, totaling $270 million in deal volume.

Gonzalez mentors several agents in the Tampa office and is a leader of the Matthews Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program. He is also Tampa’s social impact leader, where he plans community events and encourages participation in CSR initiatives.

Matthews Real Estate honored him with its Sales Achievement Award.
