Cody Manzella is an executive vice president at JLL in Orlando, specializing in office tenant representation. His responsibilities include site selection, market and financial analysis, lease structuring, and managing complex real estate transactions from start to finish.

Since joining JLL, Manzella has completed over 425 transactions totaling over $100 million across a diverse mix of industries. Notable deals include a 26.5-acre land acquisition for Iradimed Corporation in Central Florida Research Park, a 50,288-square-foot relocation for Avant Healthcare in Maitland, a 36,340-square-foot headquarters lease for tech company OneRail, a 307,988-square-foot lease for Bank of New York‘s expansion and relocation to Lake Mary, and a 20,819-square-foot renewal for Planet Hollywood’s International Headquarters.

Manzella actively mentors junior team members at JLL and is engaged with NAIOP Central Florida, which honored him as a Central Florida Office Developing Leader.
