Luke McCann is an investment sales broker with NAI Hallmark. His recent transactions totaled over $50 million in sales volume; notable deals included brokering the sale of the 320-unit Lakeside Nest and the 104-unit sale of Park at River City, both of which are in Jacksonville, FL.

McCann introduced innovative processes in NAI’s brokerage division to expand the team’s reach and impact more efficiently. As a result, deals gain broader exposure more quickly, fueling accelerated growth into new asset classes while strengthening client relationships.

In the community, McCann is a partner at Mission House, a homeless facility. CoStar has honored him with its Power Broker Award.
