As a Cushman & Wakefield Senior Associate, Ivanna Leitner Perez helps drive business development and team growth. Through her efforts, she contributes to major lease and sale transactions across the South Florida industrial market.

Her client roster includes Bridge Industrial, CenterPoint Properties, TA Realty, First Industrial, Dalfen Industrial, and Xebec. She also works with occupiers like Lilly & Associates, GTS, LX Pantos, Miami International Freight Systems, Garland Foods, Bullet Line, PGT Windows, All Florida Paper, ABC Building Supply, and AIT Logistics.

Perez is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Women in Industrial group, where she mentors others while receiving guidance from leaders. She is an active member of CIASF, NAIOP and CREW, and volunteers at the WOW Center, which supports adults with developmental disabilities.
