Led initiatives that supported the underwriting of 2 million square feet in 2024
Initiatives include a lead attribution system and a digital transformation enterprise
Michael Aresty is the leasing and marketing manager at Basis Industrial. He oversees leasing and marketing efforts for more than 3 million square feet of small bay industrial space across over 20 Florida properties. He leads all marketing initiatives, including managing LoopNet and Crexi listings, developing standardized marketing materials, and building internal systems that grow with Basis’s expanding portfolio.
Aresty helped design and implement a company-wide lead attribution system and led a digital transformation initiative, including creating interactive site plans for over 40 properties. Additionally, he launched a centralized call center and implemented end-to-end lead source tracking tools. His efforts supported the underwriting of over 2 million square feet of industrial space in 2024.
He is involved in several philanthropic initiatives, including the Jewish Federation and Tikva, an organization supporting Jewish orphans in Ukraine.
