Completed half-ironman triathlons and a marathon

Tim Wright is on the tenant representation team at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on growing the company’s workplace solutions and tenant advisory services in the Southeast. He also mentors new team members.

Wright is a Georgia State University graduate, an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (from which he received the President’s Award), and a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta. Additionally, Wright is a Purpose on Tap board member.

During COVID, he began running every morning and volunteered with Hands on Atlanta. Through running, he completed two half-ironman triathlons and a marathon.

These are just a few reasons we chose Tim Wright as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
