Launched company to offer brokers a better work-life balance

Sold 13 convenience stores in an off-market, sale-leaseback transaction

John Dudash is the broker-in-charge and the CEO of Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a boutique investment sales firm. Within the past year, he sold five Zaxbys as a merger and acquisition from one franchise to another (including the sale-leaseback of the properties to a third party to finance the deal for a franchisee).

He also sold 13 Texas convenience stores in an off-market sale-leaseback transaction to a public REIT. He completed four $25 million deals as the sole broker within a single year.

He launched his own company to provide brokers with a better quality of life and experience. As such, he mentors new brokers, participates in local charitable foundations and promotes small businesses whenever possible.
