Austin Kriz is an executive managing director with JLL’s Industrial Brokerage Team in Atlanta. He leads strategic portfolio optimization initiatives for many clients, from global Fortune 500 companies to innovative tech startups. He specializes in manufacturing and distribution assets.

Notable deals include a recent local disposition for Jindal Group, headquartered in India, and co-leading a multi-year effort to relocate Shaw Industries from 180,000 square feet to 350,000 square feet, improved logistical access and upgraded features.

Kriz helps run JLL’s Young Guns program, providing mentorship and guidance to early-career professionals and younger team members.

He is actively engaged with several Atlanta nonprofit and civic organizations, including the  City of Refuge. Kriz also serves on the Atlanta advisory council for KIPP Ways, a public charter school focused on expanding educational opportunities.
