Involved with 10 site selection projects in 2024

Recipient of Colliers’ Core Value Award

Caroline Burnette is a key member of Colliers’ national Site Selection Services team. As Site Selection Consultant and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) manager—a role she helped create—she oversees the Site Selection Services’ proprietary Indsite software, which quantifies and compares geographically variable operating and development costs, labor availability and quality, access to infrastructure, and operational risk for U.S. locations.

Within the past year, Burnette has been involved with ten major site selections ranging from $10 million and 24 jobs to $200 million and 200 jobs.

Burnette was selected for the competitive LEAD Atlanta program and is a member of Colliers Women’s and Working Parents ERGs. She is an active member of her local church. Burnette has received Colliers’ “BE an Expert” and “DO What’s Right” Core Value Awards in recognition of her technical expertise and her commitment to delivering excellence to her colleagues and clients.

These are just a few reasons we chose Caroline Burnette as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
