Leland Collins
Advised on more than 100 global transactions during his FTI Consulting tenure
Active with the company’s diversity mentorship program
Leland Collins leads tax advisory and compliance engagements for FTI Consulting’s commercial real estate clients, overseeing all aspects of client service delivery and team management. His clients span institutional asset managers, private equity firms, family offices, developers and public REITS.
Collins is responsible for expanding FTI Consulting’s national market presence by developing new client relationships, attending key CRE conferences, and recruiting top-tier tax advisory talent to the firm.
During his tenure, Collins advised on more than 100 transactions across North America, Europe and the Middle East. One recent project involves advising two global technology companies interested in expanding into the U.S. data market.
Collins is active in FTI Consulting’s Senior Leaders Diversity Mentorship Program and publishes articles on emerging tax trends. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute in Atlanta, where he serves on the Capital Markets Committee. He gives back through education, speaking at law schools.
